Xbat Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start

These rules and terms ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the xbat platform and its users. xbat (xbat.onl) an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built for sports fans in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in English to ensure our users can understand them easily. However, for legal interpretation, the guidelines of the international gaming licensing authority shall apply.

Xbat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions are effective in both English and Bengali.
• In the event of any dispute, the English version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative reference.
• By using xbat, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with xbat:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are not permitted to open an account.
• Single Account: Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and address at the time of registration.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification using a national ID or passport is required before your first withdrawal.
• Password Security: It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.

After account registration, xbat may request additional verification information at any time. Failure to provide the required information within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

All financial transactions on xbat are handled securely and transparently. Full details of our payment policy are provided below:

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: 50 BDT.
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by the user's account tier.
• All deposits must be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact support within 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: 200 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if bonus requirements have not been met.

All rules governing betting on xbat are detailed below. Please read these rules and terms carefully before placing any bets.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Match Cancelled: If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: xbat is not liable for any delays in live betting caused by network issues.
• Result Disputes: Any disputes regarding results must be raised with support within 72 hours.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum win amount for a single bet is set individually for each specific event.
• System Error: If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, xbat reserves the right to make corrections.

Xbat uses third-party data feeds to determine betting results. However, the final decision rests with xbat.

Xbat regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Specific terms apply to each bonus, as outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. A 10× turnover requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Cashback Bonus: A minimum betting amount is required to qualify for the weekly cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both accounts will receive a bonus — provided the referred person completes a deposit and places a bet.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbat platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Attempting odds arbitrage or gaining any unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to pass KYC using a false identity.
• Multiple members of the same household operating separate accounts from the same device (without prior approval).

If any such activity is detected, xbat reserves the right to immediately close the account and take legal action where necessary.

Xbat may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If KYC information is not provided.
• In the case of self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users are generally notified before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

Xbat will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
• If a bet fails due to loss of internet connection.
• Data theft resulting from third-party hacking or cyberattacks (provided xbat has implemented reasonable security measures).
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue.

Xbat always strives to maintain high service standards and protect the interests of its users.

Xbat believes betting is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income. That's why we are committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from your account for a set period whenever you choose.
• Reality Check: A reminder notification will be sent after extended periods of play.
• Support: If you notice signs of addiction, our support team is ready to help.

Xbat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Before any changes take effect:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• You will be notified via banners or pop-ups on the platform.
• Notice is generally given 7 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of xbat after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
