All you need to register on xbat is an active mobile number and an email address. You must be at least 18 years old. Identity verification (KYC) can be completed later, but your NID or passport will be required for larger withdrawals. Registration is completely free and takes just 3 minutes.

No. xbat's policy allows each person to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are opened using the same device, phone number, or banking details, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

You can get started with small deposits and bets without KYC verification. However, withdrawals above a certain limit require account verification. Simply upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport and verification is completed within 24 hours.

xbat supports deposits via popular mobile banking services including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers are also accepted. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

The minimum deposit starts at just ৳100 BDT. The maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method. With Mobile Pay or Nagad, you can deposit up to ৳30,000 BDT per day. For larger amounts, please use bank transfer.

Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, grab your transaction ID and send it to support@xbat.onl. The support team typically resolves issues within 1 hour.

xbat does not charge any deposit fees directly. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. For example, if Mobile Pay applies a send money fee, it will be deducted according to Mobile Pay's own policy. The full amount will still be credited to your xbat account.

Always double-check the account number before making a deposit. If you send to the wrong number, contact support as soon as possible. Submit your transaction ID and a screenshot so the team can investigate and process a refund if possible. This can take time, so make sure all details are correct before depositing.

You can cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins. If the status shows "Pending", cancel it from the Wallet section or contact support. Once it moves to "Processing", cancellation is no longer possible.
